Job Summary
Artisan Concrete Carver I–IV levels focusing on artistic concrete finishes and scenic art, with responsibilities spanning regular site walks, coordinating materials, tools and staging, identifying project needs, managing logistics, overseeing quality and production progress, and leading/training team members. Level II–IV responsibilities include executing high-level artistic work with minimal supervision, planning workflow and jobsite setup, monitoring pump performance and material application, mentoring staff, and representing the company to clients. Entry-level tasks include following safety policies, working with concrete, plaster, epoxy, foam, urethanes, and silicone; assisting in jobsite setup, cleanup, and hose management; and learning carving, shaping, texturing methods, epoxy mixing, waterproofing, and material handling.
