Artificial Lift Technician

Job Summary
Conduct installations, pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting for artificial lift equipment. Perform basic well production analysis, repair AL equipment, and test, splice, and repair cables. Provide instruction and technical support to customer personnel on proper handling and operating procedures. Prepare IFTA reports, billable and non-billable hours, and mileage paperwork. Train and coach new hires and mentor lower-level technicians at the well site. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness while complying with all applicable safety, environmental, and HSE regulations. Maintain mechanical performance of the truck used for field transportation. Work a 5/2 schedule in the Runge, TX area, with local candidates preferred within a 50-60 mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3-4 years of experience in artificial lift operations
- The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must live within a 50-60 mile radius
- This is not rotational work
