Job Summary
Serve as the principal AI technical advisor supporting education, workforce development, and mission-focused training initiatives. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate emerging technologies into workforce opportunities and define skills, competencies, and certification standards. Guide curriculum development for generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, machine learning, deep learning, data science, AI governance, MLOps, cybersecurity, and responsible AI. Develop mission-relevant use cases and support demonstrations, workshops, and customer engagements. Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend future workforce priorities and contribute thought leadership to IntelliGenesis' AI strategy and innovation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics, or related technical fields
- Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to operational, mission, research, or business challenges
- Experience with large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous systems
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and emerging federal AI policies
- Strong understanding of modern AI methodologies, architectures, and workflows
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government organizations
- Experience developing technical training, certifications, workshops, or workforce development programs
- Published research, conference presentations, patents, or demonstrated contributions to AI innovation initiatives
