Job Summary
Build and deploy components of the enterprise search tool, assist with the configuration, rollout, and documentation of the Darwin AI inventory system, and support the implementation and testing of AI agents aligned to business unit needs. Develop technical controls, documentation, and processes required for AI governance adoption. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and attend one designated day per month in Austin, TX. This role supplements existing staff capacity to accelerate delivery timelines for DPS's four major objectives: improving information retrieval, deploying the Darwin system, operationalizing AI agents, and establishing cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within 300 miles or 3-4 hours of work location
- Required to go in office at least one (1) day a month
- Must be US Citizen, EAD, or Green Card Holder
- No H1-B's, 1099's, or Corp-to-Corp
- 1 year experience building and deploying components of the enterprise search tool
- 1 year experience assisting with the configuration, rollout, and documentation of the Darwin AI inventory system
- 1 year experience supporting implementation and testing of AI agents aligned to business unit needs
- 1 year experience developing technical controls, documentation, and processes required for AI governance adoption
- Must be able to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested
- Must be able to work during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
