Job Summary
Hyve Solutions seeks an AI Program Manager to lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence across enterprise systems, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Key responsibilities include managing AI program development lifecycle, fostering cross-functional collaboration, maintaining program plans with timelines and budgets, tracking KPIs and progress, and ensuring compliance with corporate values. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management especially in AI-driven environments, proficiency with AI/ML technologies, and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8+ years experience as a program manager
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within software development or AI-driven environments
- Hands-on expertise with AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and automation platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Power Automate, AI Builder)
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale deployments
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in implementing or managing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep commitment to ethical AI and solutions that prioritize human oversight and decision support
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or AI/ML credentials from Microsoft, Google, IBM.
