Job Summary
Arthur's Senior Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DCPs) for part-time positions to assist seniors with daily living activities. No experience is necessary, and training is provided. Ideal candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
- Ability to provide care for both male and female clients
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently
- Interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, and good judgment
- Ability to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficient to perform job functions
- Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month
- Full-time employees must work at least 38-40 hours per week
