Art Therapist

Facilitate one-hour art therapy sessions weekly for veterans managing brain/spinal cord injuries and PTSD, delivering outpatient services to enhance their well-being and progress. Conduct intakes, oversee individual and occasional family therapies, and develop adaptive treatment plans with regular reviews. Perform mental health assessments and offer counseling interventions while maintaining comprehensive documentation aligned with federal and state guidelines. Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure enhanced communication and unity. This part-time role on the road supports wounded veterans across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, offering reimbursement for mileage and preapproved expenses. A Master's degree in Art Therapy or related counseling is required, with certification as a Registered Art Therapist or Provisional Registered Art Therapist accepted.
