Art Team Lead

Set technical design direction for new developmental projects and maintain thorough knowledge of all applications and pipelines supported by the Creative Service Team. Collaborate with team members to archive templates and document white papers for new products on the production pipeline. Provide training and ongoing support for new Creative Service team members while assisting in mentoring and training programmes. Effectively allocate resources to projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met, and conduct performance appraisals based on peer and manager feedback. Oversee interface design for software applications, including initial layouts, colour choices, and basic design, ensuring brand integrity and quality assurance. Communicate professionally with internal and external parties, clarify project scope, and gather information to review progress.
