Art Teacher

Plan a program of study meeting individual student needs and create a classroom environment conducive to learning. Assess student accomplishments regularly, diagnose learning abilities, and provide progress reports. Diagnose learning problems, seek specialist assistance as required, and supervise purposeful assignments for teacher aides and volunteers. Maintain order in the classroom, enforce school rules, and take precautions to protect students and facilities. Maintain accurate records and attend departmental meetings as required. Work a maximum of 190 days per year with a flex schedule of 4-5 days.
