Job Summary
Lead a class of elementary students through our proprietary ART ENRICHMENT curriculum by utilizing provided materials and guiding learners through the learning process. Encourage the development of students' critical thinking skills while preparing necessary learning materials and taking attendance. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a healthy and safe learning environment. This role involves working only when schools are in session, with holidays and weekends off, offering competitive compensation and paid training. No certification is required, though previous K-12 teaching experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching at the k-12 level is preferred
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Fun and energetic personality
