Job Summary
Art Teacher for Bright Horizons with a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-3:00pm) working with Toddlers and Preschoolers. Responsibilities include creating hands-on activities, communicating with parents about daily milestones, maintaining a safe/clean classroom, and providing teaching coverage across centers. Qualifications require a High School diploma/GED, twelve units in Child Development including Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, Curriculum, and Principles and Practices; ART BACKGROUND REQUIRED; and ideally 12 months of professional teaching experience. Candidate may pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost through the Horizons CDA & Degree Program. Compensation ranges $22.00-$26.85 per hour, with benefits and in-person work at Bright Horizons locations.
