Job Summary
Kindle Education seeks a dynamic Art Teacher and Student Coach to start in summer 2023. Responsibilities include developing and facilitating an Art curriculum aligned to NJSLS standards, coaching a small group of students to enhance their social-emotional skills, and collaborating with teams to foster a supportive learning environment. Candidates should have a strong belief in diversity, possess excellent relationship-building and organizational skills, and be adaptive self-starters. A NJ Instructional Certificate or equivalent is strongly preferred, alongside alignment with the school’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Instructional Certificate or eligibility in Art
- Alignment with Kindle Education’s school model, mission, and values
- Willingness to develop skills in social-emotional learning, inquiry, project-based learning, service learning, and personalized learning
