Implement instruction for 4-8th grade students using school curriculum and texts while developing lesson and unit plans to support effective delivery. Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments, maintain a functional learning atmosphere, and encourage students to set behavioral standards. Facilitate student progress toward instructional objectives by critically assessing challenges and identifying effective solutions. Collaborate with grade-level peers on team planning, data analysis, and creating a consistent learning experience. Maintain student records and actively participate in professional development meetings.
