Art Supervisor

Job Summary
Art Supervisor responsible for partnering with internal teams and clients to design, execute and deliver innovative healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing initiatives. Collaborates with creative teams to conceptualize, design, and produce print, video, and digital materials that align with client goals and brand guidelines, supervises designers, and coordinates with copywriters, accounts, project management, medical, and editorial teams to ensure scientifically sound creative solutions and measurable outcomes. Must lead design direction, manage external vendors, present work to clients, maintain brand consistency, oversee timelines and budgets, and mentor staff while staying current with trends in advertising, branding, and digital technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of advertising agency experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals
- Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Arts, or a related course of study is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Agency experience on pharmaceutical accounts preferred
- Familiarity with agency workflow process
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
