Art Supervisor

Art Supervisor role responsible for ensuring agency work is on strategy and meets the highest level of creative quality. Leads and motivates the art team, manages vendors and production partners, collaborates with copywriters, and participates in new business efforts. Requires in-person client travel and the ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment (NYC headquarters, remote, or onsite with clients). Demonstrates strong leadership, strong conceptual and visual design skills, familiarity with print production, and the ability to present concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Must have a college degree, 5+ years of art design/direction experience, 3-4 years of supervisory experience, and an advertising/design portfolio.
