Job Summary
Lead art team on integrated campaigns for healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, manage and oversee complex projects, develop and review creative briefs, ensure cohesive brand look and feel across channels, lead concept presentations, collaborate closely with copy, represent the agency in client meetings, and demonstrate deep understanding of scientific ideas and disease-state relevance while maintaining budget timelines and driving strategic creative results. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, PSD, IND, PPT) and able to mentor 0-2 direct reports and set growth goals within a short time frame.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of agency experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, PSD, IND, etc) and PPT
