Job Summary
Art Supervisor leads art/design across projects, serves as a direct liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account staff, and ensures work adheres to brand standards and FDA/pharma promotion requirements. Responsible for presenting and defending work to clients, mentoring junior designers, estimating project hours, and elevating design across multiple channels with an emphasis on data visualizations and accessibility. Must possess strong conceptual abilities, leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams (planning, UX, development), and a proven track record in multichannel creative for healthcare/pharma brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field
- 6+ years of design experience within an agency
- 2-3 years of pharma experience
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus
