Art School Student Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

Open and close the school daily, review rosters for updates, and prepare for family tours by hosting them and sending end-of-day recap emails. Greet students and parents warmly, welcome new arrivals to class, and manage communications by answering calls, texting, and responding to the school inbox. Follow up on new leads via HubSpot, contact absent students, and assist teachers by ensuring they clock in promptly.
