Job Summary
Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of young people and conduct clinical assessments to develop formulations and intervention plans. Offer consultancy and support to staff teams across care and education settings while contributing to multi-agency working for holistic care planning. Deliver training to internal and external partners and build strong working relationships within the organisation. Engage in continuous professional development and receive regular supervision. This full-time role is based at Head Office in Cruckton, Shrewsbury, with potential travel to other sites.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration or accreditation with BACP, BPS or a recognised equivalent
- A Master's-level qualification in Art Psychotherapy
- Experience working within the Looked After Children/CAMHS system
- A strong understanding of attachment theory and complex trauma
- Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities
- Confidence in working systemically with carers, educators, and other professionals
- The ability to deliver impactful training, consultancy, and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- This role is based at our Head Office in Cruckton, Shrewsbury but may involve some travel to our other sites
