Job Summary
Maintain digital printers by monitoring ink levels and paper supplies while organizing and cleaning studio space and equipment. Assist faculty in setting up for demonstrations, lectures, and classes by printing photographs and designing posters. Manage computer hardware and software to ensure smooth operations for student projects. Work collaboratively with other department members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Dress professionally and communicate openly via email and oral exchanges.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled upperclassmen
- Background of the digital lab from ART 340 Digital Photography and/or ART 220 Communication Design
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to keep a schedule and complete tasks on time
- team player
- Responsible problem solver
- high degree of responsibility in maintaining expensive equipment
- anticipation of problems and finding solutions to problems
- Resume skills development (NACE Competencies required by employers)
- Career & Self-Development including organizing and prioritizing time
- Communication in the form of email and oral exchange

- Global Literacy displayed by researching artists and artworks from diverse cultures
