Job Summary
Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and content formats for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube by translating ideas into strong visual concepts from initial sketches to final execution. Design Look & Feel, storyboards, layouts, and social assets with a keen sense for platform-specific nuances, actively supporting shootings and productions while collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers. Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, continuously observing creator trends and cultural developments to inform relevant visual ideas. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools and AI technologies to drive idea development and design, working independently to bring your perspective to the team. Requires 2–3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative or social agency with strong German and English skills. Based in Hamburg with a mobile office option (three days in-office).
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung als Art Director:in in einer Kreativ-, Social- oder Digitalagentur
- Social First Denkweise und Verständnis für visuelle Kommunikation auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen
- ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Bildsprache und visuelles Storytelling
- sichere Beherrschung der gängigen Kreativ-Tools der Adobe Creative Cloud
- eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- konstruktives Umgang mit Feedback
- überzeugende Präsentation von Ideen
- nachvollziehbare Begründung kreativer Entscheidungen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse
