Job Summary
Lead visual design and creative direction for client brand projects, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, designers, producers and analysts to shape the bigger brand picture. Manage presentations, guide associate art directors, and work with external resources (photographers, illustrators, production companies) to deliver smart, original thinking. Demonstrate collaboration, communication, time management, and the ability to explain creative choices and strategic direction. Design for digital platforms, print, video, and broadcast, and adapt across multiple formats while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Proficient in using the appropriate tools/software and contribute to group discussions, client meetings, and cross-disciplinary teamwork. HR initiatives include continuing education support and benefits such as health insurance and 401k.
