Job Summary
Develop and direct creative concepts with the project team, adhering to client briefs and communicating brands effectively through visual design across digital, print, and experiential channels. Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative personnel in the development of artwork, layout, and visual standards while managing multiple projects from concept through completion. Work closely with strategy and marketing departments to ensure visual design communicates the desired message and stays up to date on industry trends to apply modern design techniques to client projects. Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-media placements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and a clean aesthetic
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and media communications
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving projects to timely completion
