Job Summary
Seeking an Art Director to join Filevine's Brand team, responsible for shaping the visual expression of the brand across all channels. Key responsibilities include evolving and enforcing the visual brand identity, designing marketing assets for integrated campaigns, creating digital experiences and motion graphics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include motion design experience and familiarity with web design principles.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with significant time spent in-house at a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company (agency experience in addition to in-house is a plus)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital design, and multi-channel creative execution (Visual portfolio is required for consideration)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout
- Experience developing and maintaining brand design systems and guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with motion design and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
- Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS basics, or working alongside development teams
- Experience designing for B2B or enterprise technology audiences
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools and an enthusiasm for integrating emerging technology into creative workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
