Job Summary
Manage a small creative team to design and build digital and web experiences that bridge the physical Web2 and meta Web3 space. Lead the development of NFT projects and IPs within BBRC Studios' singular ecosystem, overseeing graphic design, typography, illustration, motion graphics, and front-end capabilities. Foster stakeholder relationships while maintaining strong team dynamics and executing strategic creative work with high attention to detail. Requires 3–4 years of industry experience, a graphic design degree, and proficiency in the Creative Suite. Knowledge of the Web3, blockchain, and NFT space is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of industry experience
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Storing graphic design portfolio
- creativity and eye for detail
- High level of proficiency with the above Creative Suite
- High adept in typography
- Digital execution and knowledge of print production
- Ability to illustrate
- Front-end development capabilities
- Motion graphics
- Contribute to strong team dynamics by showing creative excellence and integrity in work ethics
- Clear thinking and ability to generate creative work that is thoughtful in strategy and execution
- Foster, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Good time management to work independently
- Self-disciplined, motivated, strategic
- Good communication skills and ability to manage a team
