Job Summary
Prepare classrooms and supplies for Art & Design classes, ensuring students remain safe and engaged throughout sessions. Collaborate with instructors to implement Arts Umbrella's creative vision while communicating directly with students and parents. Maintain strict safety and cleaning protocols, setting up and tidying classrooms before and after each class. This part-time role supports our mission to deliver accessible arts education to over 20,000 young people across Metro Vancouver, fostering resilience and creative expression in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Arts Umbrella's vision and mission
- Demonstrated experience interacting with children
- Professional experience in the subject area
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
