ARS Behavioral Aide Residential, PRN

Monitor and interact with consumers in group homes, providing daily assessments of behavior and training on basic living skills. Assist with personal care, medication distribution, meal preparation, and transporting consumers to appointments. De-escalate crisis situations and ensure household cleanliness while collaborating with the treatment team. Document services in progress notes and attend staff meetings. Maintain compliance with Nurse Delegation Program and AltaPointe policies.
