ARS Behavioral Aide Residential, PM (Part Time)

Monitor and interact with consumers in group homes, providing daily behavioral assessments and training on basic living skills. Assist with personal care, medication distribution, meal preparation, and transporting residents to appointments. De-escalate crises, maintain household cleanliness, and ensure safety compliance. Document services in progress notes, perform shift hand-offs, and participate in staff meetings. Work with the treatment team to implement behavioral plans and adhere to the Nurse Delegation Program. This self-scheduling part-time role allows flexibility in shift selection, with potential for overtime based on facility needs.
