ARS Behavioral Aide Residential, AM (Part Time)

Monitor consumer behavior, provide daily assessments, and train residents on basic living skills. Assist with personal care, medication distribution, meal preparation, and transporting consumers to appointments. Implement behavioral plans, deescalate crises, and ensure household cleanliness and safety compliance. Document services in progress notes, perform shift handoffs, and participate in staff meetings. Maintain adherence to posted schedules and policies while collaborating with the treatment team.
