Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning, organizing, and tidying of hotel apartments and social areas, ensuring guest and staff comfort, well-being, and safety. Swap and arrange bed linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel standards while using products and equipment correctly under hygiene and safety protocols. Place the guest at the center of activities to deliver a unique, memorable experience aligned with AccorHotels service culture. Maintain a professional, cordial posture focused on well-being, paying close attention to detail and commitment to quality, hygiene, and sustainable practices. Work a 6x1 schedule from 08:00 to 16:20. Prior experience in hotel cleaning is desirable; we offer a flexible ticket, TotalPass access, medical and dental coverage, transport reimbursement, and participation in results.
