Job Summary
Perform x-ray testing, operate diagnostic equipment, and prepare rooms with necessary supplies while adhering to proper radiation protection and shielding techniques. Greet patients, communicate wait times, and provide direction for treatment processes. Obtain and document patient vital signs, history, and medications; assist with patient transfers and front desk check-in/out procedures. Execute follow-up calls and complete required documentation for patient visits. Maintain equipment in working order, perform quality control procedures, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
