Job Summary
Greet patients, communicate treatment directions, and provide solutions to patient problems while recognizing hazardous situations. Execute follow-up calls with urgency, assist front desk personnel with check-in/out, and obtain vital signs, history, and medication information. Perform timely radiology procedures, including operating diagnostic equipment, developing film, and preparing rooms with necessary supplies. Assist with patient transfers and procedures supervised by providers, ensuring proper radiation protection and shielding techniques. Maintain equipment in working order, complete required documentation, and follow clinical and regulatory procedures for patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
