Front-line Arrival Enthusiast at Canopy by Hilton, stationed at Deer Valley/Park City area, responsible for greeting guests, door and front-drive duties, valeting and luggage handling, coordinating local transit, and providing proactive, personalized guest assistance to enhance each guest's stay. Key duties include greeting guests at arrival and departure, opening doors, assisting with unloading/loading luggage and gear, coordinating shuttle services, guiding guests with hotel layout and local attractions, maintaining a clean and welcoming entrance, and collaborating with the Front Desk to ensure a cohesive guest experience. Ideal candidates possess strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and knowledge of local ski/resort areas. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 20–50 pounds regularly, with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on seasonal occupancy. Training and departmental meetings are part of the role, with opportunities to contribute to a high-profile property in a resort setting.
