Job Summary
Design and implement data architectures and infrastructure platforms from a data and storage perspective, translating business requirements into database models and schemes. Manage the full IT data lifecycle governance, including acquisition, transformation, classification, storage, presentation, distribution, security, privacy, and archiving to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct solution assurance assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to develop centralized or distributed systems addressing user requirements using technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Azure DB, and DB2. Lead mainframe to cloud transformation and migration processes while designing business-driven IT solutions that incorporate cloud storage for diverse needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in data modeling, database design and data management best practice
- Ability to architect, design and implement infrastructure and platforms from a data and storage perspective
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python, C, C++ and Java
- Mainframe to cloud transformation and migration processes

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud based data platforms, data integration and governance framework with one of the three cloud technologies (Azure)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Security, or a related field
