Job Summary
Monitor client treatment and staff delivery of clinical services as a member of the PHS Behavioral Health treatment team. Provide medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment while offering clinical supervision, education, and training to the team. Develop, maintain, and supervise medication and medical treatment policies and procedures. This role requires an ARNP in good standing with CPR certification and two years of experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities, and vulnerable populations. The position is part-time with a starting hourly rate between $55.91 and $74.54. Pioneer Human Services is a nationally recognized non-profit with over 35 locations across Washington state dedicated to empowering justice-involved individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in good standing
- CPR Certification
- Previous experience providing medical services
- 2 years' experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population
- Must be available for pre-employment drug testing and drug testing during employment, to include testing for marijuana
Desired Qualifications
- Experience treating adult and older adult populations
- 3 years' experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs
