Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic imaging coverage including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists in delivering excellent patient care. Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude while actively engaging with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and educate patients on continued treatment and care. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees to foster a positive work atmosphere. Full-time employees work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend; PRN employees work a minimum of four shifts per month. On-call rotation is required periodically throughout the year.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active DEA
  • DOT certification
  • Current License or Certification must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
  • Ability to treat all ages
  • PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
  • Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
  • Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
  • Must be able to obtain DOT certification within 120 days of employment and maintain it during employment
  • Must be able to obtain DEA within 120 days of provider meeting the minimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA (where limited by years of practice under state law)
  • Must be able to comply with Company standards of operations
  • Must be able to consult with patients through virtual communication channels
  • Must be able to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands

  • Must be able to Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs
  • Must be able to complete all mandatory compliance training
  • Must be able to Attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
