Job Summary
ARnP to join the Cardiothoracic Team at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA. Opportunity includes collaboration with a Cardiothoracic Surgeon and a fellow APP team, 1:2 call with approximately 10–15 on-call occurrences per year, and involvement across the full cardiology spectrum (non-invasive, invasive, interventional, and EP) in coordination with cardiac and vascular surgery services. Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $180,905/year plus a $25k starting bonus and $30–$35k annual call pay, with total year-1 package over $235k. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid CME, PTO, and retirement contributions are included. Requires BC as an ARNP and ability to obtain Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA; minimum vein harvests of 100. New grad packages available as well.
Required Qualifications
- BC as an ARNP; must be able to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA as well as MercyOne North Iowa medical staff privileges
- Experience preferred- minimum of 100 vein harvests
