ARNP Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, history and physical assessments, and follow-up care for adolescents in our residential treatment program. Monitor patient progress, collaborate weekly with the Medical Director to review treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Work closely with therapists, physicians, and allied staff to ensure coordinated care while complying with safety, infection control, and JCAHO regulations. This role ensures continuity of care from intake through discharge, supporting both the physical and psychological needs of our clients in a multidisciplinary team environment.
