Job Summary
Supervise and perform maintenance, recovery operations, and repairs on wheeled vehicles, trailers, material handling equipment, and select armored vehicles. Conduct inspections, servicing, adjustments, and testing of vehicle systems and automotive electrical components including wiring harnesses and starting/charging systems. Complete 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training with classroom and field instruction. Must be 17 to 34 years old, meet height/weight requirements, have no felony/DUI history, and pass the ASVAB.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an interest in joining the Army
- 17 to 34 years old
- Must be able to meet height/weight requirements
- No tattoos on hands, face, or above the neck (ring tattoos are acceptable)
- No history of a felony level offense or DUI
- No major medical procedures that would prohibit you from service
