Job Summary
Leadership role overseeing client delivery, expanding client relationships, and driving business development across the Department of the Army. Focus on growth opportunities within organizations such as the Capability Program Executive (CPE) Enterprise Software and Services (ES2), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command and Control and Counter–Command and Control, Army Materiel Command, and other key Army stakeholders. Lead large multi-disciplinary teams across projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice. Requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree, with 10+ years of federal consulting experience including 5+ years in the Army. Strong program management, proposal leadership, strategic analytical, and communication skills to operate proactively in dynamic environments. Nice-to-have: Master’s degree; experience in business process redesign, AI/data analytics, IT strategy, and audit readiness.

- TEN or more years' experience leading diverse teams in a federal consulting environment, with at least FIVE years within the Army
