Job Summary
Drive a two-person armored route team across Illinois and Wisconsin, servicing customers, handling cash, and operating ATMs and equipment while adhering to strict security and safety procedures. Maintain a clean driving record, pass background checks and DOT requirements, and complete annual firearm training. You must obtain a valid FOID card (Wisconsin: 108 Security Permit). This full-time role involves 40 to 50 hours per week with no weekend shifts, offering paid time off, quarterly bonuses, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after one year. New hires start as trainees with paid training during the first 90 days, with clear advancement opportunities into Route Manager and leadership positions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to meet DOT requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
