Job Summary
Delivery Driver position based in Milpitas with deliveries to residential/commercial locations in Milpitas and San Jose. No Commercial Driver's License required. Base hourly pay $24.50-$26.00, with performance/attendance bonuses and a discretionary $1000 sign-on-style bonus paid over initial months. Full-time schedule typically 4–5 days per week, 8–9 hour shifts (approx. 10:45a–7:15/8:15p). Weekend work required. Benefits include health coverage and Paid Time Off; prior training provided; new van, gas, and insurance provided. Maintain a safe driving record, pass a pre-employment drug test, and lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required)
- No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record)
- Pass Pre-employment drug test (4 Panel Drug Test, Marijuana ok)
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
- Great attitude and energy
