Job Summary
Delivery Driver role for ARMM Logistics Corp focusing on parcel delivery in Milpitas and San Jose. No Commercial Driver’s License required. Base pay $24.50-$26.00 hourly with performance-based bonuses, a $1000 initial bonus, and a quarterly retention bonus. Full-time shifts typically 8-9 hours (10:30 am to 7:00/8:30 pm) with weekend work required. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off. New van, gas, and insurance provided; paid training available. Based in Milpitas with deliveries to residential and commercial locations; operate 7 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required)
- Pass Pre-employment drug test (4 Panel Drug Test, Marijuana ok)
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
- Great attitude and energy
- No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record)
- Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 10:30a to 7:00/8:30p
- Opportunity to earn bonuses up to $3.13 extra per hour based on performance, efficiency, and attendance

- Must work at least one weekend day
