Job Summary
Armenian Linguist position within Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG) and The Unconventional (TU) offering linguist support across multiple current and future requirements. Responsibilities include interpretation (in-person and virtual), translation of written/electronic/audio/video materials, document review/editing, and foreign language instruction; open evergreen requisition for various language support roles across YSG/TU portfolio; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be qualified/certified Category I, II, or III linguist with ILR English proficiency levels and security vetting as specified; CAT I/II/III requirements include English ILR level 2+ and appropriate security clearance or interim access as described; ability to provide idiomatic translations and accurate interpretation; experience providing foreign language instruction to adults; ability to live and work in harsh environments as mission dictates; team-oriented professional; knowledge of specialized vocabulary in English and foreign language; ability to preserve tone and register; willingness to work remote/hybrid as per contract needs.
