Job Summary
Armed Vault Teller responsible for maintaining inventory in cash vaults and ensuring accurate handling of deposits and currency. Responsibilities include counting deposits and shipments against receipts/manifests, recording amounts and serial numbers, loading/unloading bags of coin and currency, sorting cargo items by route, and communicating with coworkers and customers. The role requires counting, balancing columns, and preparing reports, with physical duties including repetitive lifting up to about 50 lbs, standing for up to ~80% of shifts, and walking between vault areas. A valid firearms permit or ability to meet state firearms requirements is required. Full-time schedule typical with 40–50 hours per week over a 6-day period.
