Job Summary
Conduct site inspections, complete incident reports, and investigate security-related accidents while ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies. Cover vacant posts due to call-offs, no-shows, or schedule changes, and monitor service quality through client communication. Review and communicate changes to post orders and procedures to maintain a professional, respectful, and legally compliant work environment. Respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed. This Full-Time, 1st Shift role in Erie, PA requires a valid PA State Act 235 License, one year of security experience, and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least one year of security experience
- Valid PA State Act 235 License
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work assigned schedules
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Successful completion of drug testing
- Successful completion of client screenings
