Armed Site Supervisor

Armed Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing security personnel at client sites, supervising officers, conducting site inspections, delivering monthly safety training, onboarding and training new officers (including OJT), ensuring post orders and client instructions are understood, maintaining documentation, and coaching/mentoring staff. Role combines leadership, training, quality assurance, and field support with emphasis on compliance, professional conduct, and accurate reporting. Strong emphasis on supervision, training delivery on topics such as situational awareness, de-escalation, reporting, and safety practices; must have prior law enforcement or military supervisory experience.
