Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of facilities, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations while maintaining visible presence to uphold site procedures and access protocols. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate. Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, communicating relevant information to site leadership and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- TSA-issued TWIC
- Armed guard card/license
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Valid driver's license
