Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of retail locations, including sales areas, receiving zones, parking lots, and perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond professionally to alarms, critical situations, and evolving threats by following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Monitor access points and restricted areas to verify authorized entry and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, and property damage. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and patrons while documenting observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ Years of Age
- Active Armed Guard Card/License
- Valid Driver's License
- 3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Corrections/Military OR 5+ Years Armed Security Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
