Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Officer responsible for providing armed security services at assigned locations, conducting patrols, enforcing access control and site policies, and maintaining safety for employees, tenants, guests, and property. Requires carrying a firearm in compliance with Massachusetts laws and company policies, documenting incidents and actions in the incident management system, and coordinating with law enforcement, EMS, and security teams. Duties include travel for executive protection as needed, confidentiality of sensitive information, and adherence to HIPAA/privacy standards where applicable. Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours; must complete firearms training and ongoing requalification; ability to respond calmly to emergencies; strong written and verbal communication skills.
